Replace divide64 by divide 256 prescaler

Hello,

In the circuit XTAL-CONTROLLED FM TX (V6) by SM0VPO Harry Lythall, if I replace divide by 64 with divide by 256 prescaler and of course 1,5MHz by 450kHz crystal oscilator the circuit will keep your characteriscs like band pass, stability and so on??
