Repair the power supply computer 12 volt power supply is normal load +5 volts about 1.5 amp, then cut the check the capacitor is not swollen.
No part of the circuit. I have the same symptoms 4.
It is a version of the image down.

Hello pued,
Unfortunately you're not very clear on the actual fault of your power supply.
An electrolytic capacitor doesn't have to be swollen to be faulty. They can dry out
internally, thus lowering the capacitance value and raising its ESR drastically.
This is made worse due to the heat generated by the PSU heat-sinks.
The 2200uF 16V cap in your second picture seems a bit suspect due to its
jacket that has shrunk or was never there during assembly at the factory.
Can you please give us a more detailed description of the fault of your supply.
Pictures are not always worth a thousand words unfortunately.
