Yes it could. The KD30 works over an asynchronous interface and can only use adress match interrupts.

The E8 emulator works over an synchronous interface and can use adress match interrupts and can insert breaks in your asm code to use more interrups.

I do not use E10 Emulator, but I use E8 and also FoUSB.
However KD30 is a handy tools, and now FoUSB/UART Debugger replace KD30.
 

which emulator supports real time debugging for R8C tiny microcontrollers?
We are trying with E8 emulator and found that it is not working in real time. So some interrupts are missing due to emulator.
