how i can calculate the relative permeability for Black Iron Oxide / Magnetite (Fe3O4) ?

Calculate from which data? An empirical measurement?

i want to calculate it Theoretically

Are you already familiar with the theory of ferromagnetism? I'm under the impression that the qualitative explanation is already quite involved. Quantitative calculation requires e.g. detailed knowledge of crystal strcutures and quantum mechanical material properties. Sure that you're on the right track?
