From this eq we have voltage directly proportional to current
P=VI
from this v&i are inversely proportional.....
guys let me know while voltage increases current will decrease or increase

Yes, for a resistor voltage is proportional to current. With other components like diodes, voltage is not directly proportional to current.

No. When voltage or current change, power will also change.

When voltage increases, current will also increase. Because voltage and current are higher, the power will also be higher.
 

they are likely to balance each other only when we use a constant power device

in other cases what my friend here states holds good
