i am using a SST89E516RD microcontroller in a project of mine. Can anyone tell if the controller is In-System Programmable(ISP) or not

I have uploaded the ckt diag as image and my circuit does have the rs232 comm on it. So can I prog directly using Flashmagic or there needs to be any steps ahead of it?
