Hi All,

I am doing the layout of 6T SRAM, In the books and as well as on the internet I am not able to find the circuit diagrams of

1. Row Decoder Circuit
2. Cloumn Decoder Circuit
3. WordLine driver Circiut

I shall be great If some one can able to give me some hints or send me some links where I can find the circiut diagrams of the above mentioned three circuits. Once I get these,I can start doing layout of these circuits.

Thanks in Advance

First, I think this goes in the digital forum, not analog.. Plz move if you see, mods.

Next, decoder is pretty much a decoder. i think this one is straightforward, usually covered in chapters on mux. I really can't help you here since I don't draw decoders so maybe a true digital guy can assist in best implementation.

What I think will give you the most pain is sense amp and driver. Have you read the Haraszti book? Some very nice techniques.

HI electronrancher
