hi,
i am using IRF 740 mosfet in high voltage driver circuit and in the operation MOSFET generating back emf,which is damaging my pic micro controller.How to control back EMF and how to give gate pulses to mosfet?
 

A MOSFET as such is unlikely to generate back EMF. Inductive loads possibly are. Without knowing the circuit, it's difficult to see, how back EMF will damage your micrcontroller.
