Hai all,
I am working in the SILVACO software for plamonic solar cells device and process simulation. I am not getting how to generate the code for the same. As I have about 14 examples on solar cells also I am unable to generate the code for plasmonic solar cells. Please help me in this regard I will be greatful to you. I have read in the papers that the plasmonic solar cells can be simulated in ATLAS with finite difference time domain method and I dont know about the simulation ATHENA. Please help me in this regard...

Hi,
I am also working on Plasmonic solar cell and simulation of them in ATLAS. I read a document that these types of solar cells and plasmonic effects can be simulated by using lenslets in ATLAS simulator, but I could'nt use them for this purpose. Now, I am using the DEVEDIT tool for constructing the structure and using ATLAS and FDTD method for simulating the device. Up to now, I can not say that the results are true but I think they will work. I wanted to know if you do the simulation of plasmonic cells, and I would be grateful if you share your experiences in this regard.
