can any tell whether a cylindrical (surrounded gate MOS transistor) be simulated
using MEDICI device simulator & if so how?

can you post a image for it ?
I am studying medici recently, i want to do some ESD simulation and i dont know how to decide the gate contact to drain contact spacing
