Dear Friends,

I want to do AC Analysis of CMOS inverter. I am using 250n Technology.
I made one inverter (Ln=Lp= 250n, Wn=Wp=2.5u, Vdd= 5v) and got the gain 15. I did the DC analysis and got bias point 1.9V.
Now i want to increase the gain. So, i need to increase the number of inverters in a chain.
Question is, what should be the values of W and L for next stages. Can we use same values of W and L.
If yes, then what's about bias voltages for next inverters.
