Reflection's in PCB

we have designed one PCB which consists 6 RF chains. In one single chain it consists of limiter+lna+spdt.

1. we are getting good s parameters (gain, return loss) only issue is we have observed reflections at the ports

we have crosscheck whether it is due to poor impedance mismatch, every thing is good with respective to impedance matching and grounding.
can any one respond regarding this issue.

How can you have "good return loss" and have reflections (probably high VSWR) in the same time?
