Hi,

We know we have bandgap for accurate reference voltage, but is it possible to implement some kind of circuit as reference current? Of cource do not use reference voltage over resistor simply which is resistor value dependant.

Have read of a reference for current in a research paper in ieee.
but if they are implemented on products I hve not seen

I think it's hard to implement reference current in intergrated circuit because the resister.
In razavi's book he instead resister with switched capacitor. I think you could try it ,but the clock and speed maybe some difficuit.

Hi,
