It is an extremely useful device for everyone who face problems with screwing small pieces.

Elements used:
  • transformers from PAR 36
  • housings
  • fans
  • connectors for the screwdriver
  • transformers
  • heat sinks
  • 15A/100V bridges

Housings wer drilled, painted boards were digested and elements soldered. Bridge and capacitor are at the output.

How it works:
Idly engines (no load) get a bit more than the nominal 3,6V (approximately 5,5V – the bridge, filtration). After applying load, voltage drops to nominal and the screwdrivers maintain a sufficiency large torque.

Screwdrivers remained unchanged, except new cella and charging socket). Engines are connected directly to the cable, which has a sufficiently large cross-section, so maximum current (approximately 4A) can flow through it.

Fans are necessary as in sealed housing it could be too hot. Even with a heat sink, after several minutes of operation, the bridge heats up significantly.
