Hi Techies,
I have a question for you.
When building a rectifier circuit for RFID tag, which rectifier is best suited?
I meant to ask whether it is diode/schottky/MOSFET.
Since Tag acquires power from the RF energy emitted by the reader, it will be usually low voltage.
But diode rectifier has ~1.5V voltage drop. So, diode rectifiers are not preferred.
So, one needs to opt either Schottky or MOSFET rectifier circuits.
Among those, which is best suited for passive tag design?
Thanks in advance!!
