Earlier I used VSWA2-63DR+ SPDT RF switch to change the antenna impedance states to 1 and -1 to reflect/backscatter the modulated signal. The switch works as a mixer for carrier frequency and modulation frequency. It also required external DC power supply (3.7volts). Any recommendation for low power passive SPDT RF switch which doesnt require external DC power supply and can power up its electronics through RF energy for switching high and low state.
