Recommend an USB IC suitable for USART

Anyone know a easy to use (with an 3V3 microcontroller) USB device, for example that can be connected on USART ... and with reduced cost

TUSB from Phillips and PDIUSB from TI are also good options. Moreover their available from Digi-key.

I like Silabs CP2102, Uart to USB bridge.

I use FTD ic, FTD232, it's aprox. 3 euro and one 6 mhz quartz. That's all.
