My receiver dynamic range is 90 dB ( from -20dBm to -110 dBm )

By final output of the receiver is 70 MHz ( from 10 dBm to -80 dBm)

I can decide whether the ADC selected ADS5474IPFP 80-HTQFP will be able to detect the signals and work properly ,

Kindly help me out....!!!

Note : i am providing a sampling clock of 240MHz to the ADC

Hi all,

I Used the MSTC approach for the improvement of dynamic range of the ADC,

also i am using a 16 bit ADC for further improvement in detection capability.

In these applications, SFDR is used.Spurious Free Dynamic Range
You should simulate your receiver chain in a system simulator to able to find SFDR.

MSTC used in radar only where you know when the transmission stops and there by receive time wrt distance.
Cominication systems are dynamic and FDD systems should have sufficient SFDR to have good EVM.
