In ADS, there is a component called indq to model the parasitics of the inductor, you give it L and Q and it models the inductance parasitics nicely. What is the equivalent of this component in cadence?

It shouldn´t be a problem for you to put some parasitic elements in parallel or in series to an ideal inductance - in accordance with your Q requirements.

yeah, then it does not automatically do it. I do not know what to put for the capacitance value

try virtuoso passive component designer. u can generate an inductor according to your specifications and get the layout, symbol and equivalent circuit. is your kit from a foundry or a generic pdk (gpdk or ncsu, etc)?

Do you expect that any software or anybody else but you really knows details about a coil resp. inductance you are going to use ?
