reading wav file into matlab with wavread;frequency spectrum

Frequency Spectrum

Hi,

I want to read a wav file into matlab using wavread. I then want to be able to output the frequency spectrum, i.e plot of db vs frequency. if i know the sensitivity of the mic i used to record the wav file is it then possible the estimate the actual db level.
