Reading Analog value Rasberry pi

I am a newbie with the Raspberry Pi. I want to measure Temperature Reading in 12/16 bit resolution. can someone guide me how CKT should be designed and How can read value using software.

usually arduino read analog voltage from 0-5VDC & rasberry pi will read analog voltage from 0-3.3V

For better resolution we can use MCP3008 /MCP4725 series module.

if i have sensor with 0-5Vdc , 0-10Vdc and 4-20mA current output.Let me know recommended ckt

You're kind of all over the place here. First of all, an MPC3008 is a 10-bit ADC, but you said you wanted 12/16 bits. What "module" are you talking about? Do you have a specific ADC module in mind? Maybe if you tell us which one, we can help.

MCP4725 https://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/BreakoutBoards/MCP4725.pdf it 12 bit resolution. Can i know how can i integrated to Rasberry pi. If i am having various sensor output 0-5Vdc , 0-10Vdc and 4-20mA current output.Let me know recommended ckt

MCP4725 is Digital-to-Analog Converter not ADC
It generates voltage dependent on digital value that it receives through I2C.
