Please provide me with the code to find the RR interval,QRS complex and T wave in ECG data using matlab.

You should search for Pan-Tompkins algorithm for QRS detection, or more precise for R detection. On the basis of R, you will be able to clculate further quantities.

if we want to see rr intervals as notations write this line below....
RRintervals=abs(diff(t(without_norm)))
