Hi for all

My system has two units ... First unit make its calculations for once at all time and the other unit take the results of the first unit and make its calculations
The first unit takes a big amount of resources and I need it for for once ....
Therefore , I ask if there is a way to program the FPGA chip with first unit and then erase the chip and program it by the second unit with save the o/p calculations for the first unit ???

Note I use Spartan 3e or Spartan 6

Simple Answer - No.
Why does it matter it uses all the resources? if both units fit, then whats the problem?

I need to make this to expand the the second unit to increase the speed the calculation by Parallelism
