Could some one please explain what does the rc_degrade_min_slew_when_rd_less_than_rnet switch do?
The only explanation I found is the one below. Could someone please elaborate? what is slew degradation? thanks!
When false (the default), PrimeTime does not use slew degradation through RC
networks in min analysis mode during the RC-009 condition. When true, PrimeTime uses
slew degradation during the RC-009 condition. This variable is effective only if the
rc_adjust_rd_when_less_than_rnet variable is true.
