I am designing a amplifier with the output swing of 0 to 6V (8V ,sigle supply),and the output current is 100mA,could some body give me some suggestion about how to design a output stage. Either CMOS and Bipolar are acceaptable .The input swing of this output stage is from 200mV to 6V.Thank you in advance.
