radiaion hardened pll

Any body can talk about Rad hardened PLL design ?
Or someone has the papers below ?
Radiation hard PLL design tolerant to noise and process variations
Design of Phase Locked Loops for a Space Radiation Envi-ronment

radiation hard pll

Immunity to radiation can be obtained by using passive parts that are amorphous. This means ferrite or air core inductors, glass dielectric capacitors and metal film resistors. JFETS. For ICs there are special processes with higher doping than the usual.

Radiation hard designs are classified. I don't think there are many papers on this area.

You could just use one of these:

I think they are silicon on saphire, which is realtively imune from crystal defects propagating from radiation exposure.
