I simulate a circular polarized microstrip antenna in HFSS,and i plot the AxialRatio vs frequency and Radiation pattern of RHCPGain and LHCPGain,at the work frequency the AxialRatio is less than 2dB but the difference between the RHCPGain and LHCPGain is less than 1dB. The AxialRatio plot indicate that the antenna is a CP antenna, but the Radiation pattern show it is not. i don't know why these two results are different? anyone can help me? Thanks a lot!
