hello, i'm simulating one frequency tripler in ads using simplecoupler to calculate S11 and S22. As shown in the figure, port 1 injects a large signal of RFfreq, RFPwr and port 2 injects no signal. i use S11=HB.RF_refl[1]/HB.RF_in[1] to get the right S11, but S22=HB.RF_out[3]/HB.RF_outref[3] gives the wrong S22. I consider port 2 injects no signal and RF_outref[3] is the input power to port2 while RF_outref[3] is the reflected one. Could someone tell please where am I wrong? thanks for your response.
