The part showing the connection of 5VDC to the PIR sensor is correct. I do not understand what Uc is and to what the vibration sensor should be connected?
PIR sensor output usually is a relay contact to be used to light a LED or to activate a buzzer or alarm. The vibration senor is a different device.
