Anybody who has an idea on how to create an AC sensor that would detect AC voltage on a wire, upon detection, the sensor would be outputting a DC voltage level?

Or is there an AC sensor sensor (either non-contact or with contact) that would function in that manner. I've seen a lot of non-contact Voltage detector on the market but can someone help to have an idea on how to make it.

Thank you.

I think, it is working for magnetic field.
