i wanna generate a certain bird's sound using pic microcontroller is that possible if it is then how??
 

Are you considering to record and reproduce real whistles from different species, or just generate a set of synthesized bird-like sounds ? Each one requires distinct approaches on design.

i recorded i a bird's sound and stores the audio on my SD card , can i play the sound on pic 16f877a with high quality ???
 

Would be a suitable option you employ some kind of recorder/player IC properly designed to do that, such as the well known ISDxxxx family:
