the slow response time of an IPS LED LCD (liquid crystals) that has been stored unused for many years is a temporary or permanent defect? During long-term storage of the device LCD generates dead and stuck pixels and the LEDs and backlight of a 3.5" display lose brightness and change colors. Does this occur at any storage temperature or at a certain temperature?

It is difficult to control here because I live in the northeast region of Brazil, temperatures above 30C here in my house vary from 34-36C humidity 58-68%

I have two portable consoles R36S and Powkiddy Q80

Is it 100% necessary to energize the display frequently? If this is not done, are these permanent problems or can they be stored indefinitely?
