Question concerning Eagle

Hello,

I have a problem with Eagle (freeware version); is it possible to change the size of the pads from the components? If I change that by DSR they all change and that is not right for me; other possibility is to change them component by component.

Is there a way to solve this? Now at this moment I put larger pads over the small ones to solve this. Any suggestions?
