variation du vbe on

I have a question about variation of Vbe for discrete bipolar device, for example the most commonly used 2N3906 PNP. How much does it vary in 3-sigma. I'm trying to come up with a cheap RGB preamp circuit and would need to know if it's reliable enough for mass production.

Best regards
