I am learning Josephson Junction (JJ), founding its frequency is from tens of GHz to hundreds. I am really curious how to apply such device in real electromagnetic environments. For example, if there is an IC contains many JJs, how to feed such device? How to match the impedance of JJ since it is sooo tiny. Can I assume JJ is similar as P-N? Simply connect the two polar of JJ with some gold lines and then get a voltage-current relation?

I really need help from experts to explain this. Thanks in advance.
