Does anyone know What relation of Pre-buffer of Power mos (in syn buck regulator) ?
We usually check the Pre_buufer timing with Pount /Nout with LX , What is the timing of these ? And How is the efficient of Pre_driver and loading ?Thanks
 

internal mosfet? probably increase by 5x-10x per stage. the optimum situation would be 2.7x (e) but this gives too many stages.

i didn't understand your timing question.
 

it depond on you speed. if it is low, donnt mind. But if it is high, usally 5x-10x per stage as electronrancher said
