Hello,

I am designing a BG trimming circuit with poly fuse, and my questions are:

How to make sure that fuse has been already blown?

It seems that there is no model for fuse which reveal the resistance vs. current through fuse.
The only thing I know is design rule suggestion: fuse blown condition: pulse current > 100mA with at last 3us, which can not be achieved by circuit, since it is hard to maintain 100mA during all bowing time!!!

So, could any one can help me?
Tanks a lot ^_^
