question about P/N input VS OPA offset

becuase hspice simulation OPA offset will very small <1mv
but in UMC layout match rule , I know OPA offset depend on input mos
W/L size ..

but if one OPA is pmos input ,
another OPA is nmos input type , but 2 input W/L is identical
this 2 OPA will have identical offset or not ?
