Hi All,
Tyically it is normal in HV application that uses bootstrap techniques for enough gate voltage at the high-side NMOS driver in DC/DC converter.
But in some LV application high-side NMOS driver didn't use the external bootstrap capacitor and diode for high side NMOS gate driver. Was the capacitor pushed into the chip using some techniques(such as cap multiplier)? Or what other methods?
Thank you for your reading.
