This is an example from a class. I'm trying to make sense of part (b).
It seems like uncertainty in theta2 is dependent on x2, which is proportional to T2. Then doesn't it mean there is more uncertainty when the mercury is higher? If so, then why does the d(theta2) in the answer have anything to do with freezing point?
