If an amplifier has an efficiency of 31% is it likely to be a class-A amplifier or a class-B amplifier?

B is more efficient than A. Class A varies from 25 to 50%. Class B can go up to a max of 78.5%

Thanks for the reply. Can I take it as class B since the maximum efficiency for class A is 25% and class B is 78.5%?
