Question about Audio ADC spec: A-weighted filter?

In some audio ADC spec, they say SNR=90dB with A-weighted filter.
But A-weighted filter is a continuous-time filter, how they process it to measure the SNR at ADC output?
 

It can be they apply a digital filter with the same transfer function of the A filter to the output data... maybe
