hi all
i am searching for an books about cmos analog design which can help
i like those topics :
1-analog design
2-fabrication topics "VLSI"
3-analog amplifiers
i like books that have detailed analysis
and if there any books for the problems of mosfet like dumble effect,chockli diode,...............(device) it will be great
only give me names of the book and i will buy them if they are available
can any body help me ??
 

there are a lot of books man
which one of them is more detailed and more advanced????
