Question about 1 mm connectors.

1 mm connectors.

I heard these cost around $1000 a piece and go up in frequency up to 110 GHz. Is this true?

Yes, it is.

These connectors are sold from Agilent or Anritsu and they are very weak.
 

1 mm connectors.

The cost of the connectors is probably correct. But talk about it's cost don't make a sense because all 1mm connctors, to work correctly, should be sold on cable / device assembly.
