in class AB amplifier, it said that while the circuit is in cut off, the voltage between C and E is 1/2 Vcc, why? please tell me how the current flow to the pin E, because there is a capasitor that block the dc current to flow to the E, if the current can't flow there, why there is voltage present?

thank you

Post your circuit schematic first.

You have two transistors. The idle current flows from +Vcc through both transistors, to ground, not through the speaker.
The voltage is generally maintained at Vcc/2 by a DC feedback loop.
