Hi all,
For ATPG I'm using cadence encounter test.
So this tool has generated patterns and testbench file.
Now for simulation I need to use Mentor's Questasim.
So how to simulated this patterns in questasim?
I want to perform timing simulation.
So for that I added netlist,library and testbench files to tool. And while simulating testbench I added SDF file too. but patterns are not simulating. I also tried with no-timing. but same result.
I have netlist,library,testbench,SDF file,SDC file,vector file.
I dont know how to give SDC and vector file to tool.
so somebody please help me...
