query - software of logic gates on PCB without physically printing the gates on PCB

so currently i'm working on a PCB project in which i require to harness the property of logic gates directly on the PCB and that too without physically printing the gates on the PCB that is through programming i'm supposed to do the task.Can anyone please channelise in this direction. Thanku..

so to be precise I'm looking forward to make an app that would be able to manipulate the patch antenna that is etched in the PCBs of most of the cellphones.Moreover by modification I mean "intentional redistribution of the RF currents over the surface of the patch"+"electrical modification of the antenna's dimensions" which in my knowledge is possible with the functionality provided by the switches and varacters ,but I've a limitation of doing this programatically.So is there a possibility of my project?thnku...
