Suppose I want a MOS of W as 20µ. Which one is better out of multiplier and finger to create this in terms of 5µ width MOS. Please reply, as I am beginner.....

Using the multiplier (4 - in this case) gives you 4 single transistors of W=5µm. This is good if you want - or need - to distribute them in a special alignment, e.g. as an array - good for matching with a similar transistor - if needed.

A fingers' number of 4 creates one single transistor with 4 fingers of W=5µm. This needs less silicon space, but probably can't achieve the same good matching with a similar transistor.
