Dear concerned,
I need a help in implementation of a paper titled 'Flattest histogram specification with accurate brightness preservation'. I have already implemented the code and the code foe exact histogram Specification has been posted at Link: EXACT HISTOGRAM SPECIFICATION/EQUALIZATION - File Exchange - MATLAB Central . With the use of this code directly in this paper what i see that the entropy of most of the images increase on applying this algorithm.
But as per mentioned in a recently published paper by Celik et. al [Contextual and variational contrast enhancement] i find that the entropy is shown very different from the actual results which i am getting. I am trying to find a mistake in my implementation. Can somebody please help me.
I can post the code and the related papers directly if you can give some time to it.
