How to get Quantum Efficiency of an LED in SILVACO ATLAS simulation?

I think q.e. can also be defined for light sources, see e.g. this Q.E. definition for lasers. In analogy to the q.e. of light receivers, an internal and external q.e. can be derived for lasers and LEDs, too.
But Q,E of a LED won't have a meaning similar to a photo diode where it directly links photons with photo current.
 

Why not? Vice versa one can directly relate the generated photons to the stimulating laser/LED current.
And then relate EQE to IQE again in analogy to that given in the 2nd link above.

OK guys the with the fact that QE for LED has a meaning can you please suggest me how to get it from a SILVACO ATLAS Simulator?
